In this position you will be working as part of the BIM team, reporting to the senior BIM manager, and be required to oversee BIM model management, ensuring that our BIM team are always working to the latest BIM models available from external design team partners. you will also be required to submit our models externally on a schedule.
Job Specification
- Ensuring all live projects contain the latest model data from external 3rd parties
- Producing model submissions for all our live jobs on a defined schedule
- Manage uploads of COBie data sets at specific intervals of project life cycle
- Involvement in the creation of Kane Group BIM protocol documentation

- QualificationEssentialMinimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalentDesirable
