BIM Data Coordinator

We are actively looking for an BIM Data Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage uploads of COBie data sets at specific intervals of project life cycle
  • Analysis of BIM models to ensure required Data is entered
  • Liaising with Operations team to record site based as built data
  • Production and upload of COBie sheets and Tables

Person Specification

Qualification

Essential :

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grade C or above)

Experience and Knowledge
Essential:

  • Experienced and competent in using Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook

Desirable:

  • No Admin/ BIM experience required; on-the-job training provided

Abilities & Skills
Essential:

  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Capacity to work independently with limited supervision
  • To be flexible and work as part of a team
