We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team.

Scope of Role

A key role in the provision of Operations information for Kane Group. Working closely with the Head of Operations & other members of the Operations Team in the delivery of a varied portfolio of work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations department activities, administrative tasks & diary management
  • Collate & update Operations reports & systems
  • Liaise with Operations Managers for department reporting
  • Create & distribute meeting agendas, provide all relevant information/documentation in advance of meetings, minute taking & circulation of minutes
  • Production of corporate documents (e.g., organigrams, job descriptions)
  • Submit/Update monthly expenses
  • Creation of presentations for internal & external Operations & H&S meetings
  • Event Planning

Personal Specification

Experience & Knowledge


  • Relevant experience working in the construction sector
  • Excellent IT skills particularly with MS Office


  • Business degree or Project Management qualification

  • Capacity to work independently with limited supervision. A “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and execution skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills including the ability to liaise with staff at all levels both written and verbal
  • Adaptive & resilient, responding positively to changes in deadlines and processes

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with multiple priorities
