Aaron joined the business in 2023 to lead the newly formed Midlands Region, as part of the strategic growth strategy of the business.
Starting his career as a craft apprentice, Aaron has moved up through the industry organically, working as a Mechanical Engineer, then onto Project Management, and into Operational leadership roles, with over 26 years’ of experience.
Before his time with Kane, Aaron has led as a Regional Director within the MEP industry, across a plethora of projects and sectors, including Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Leisure.
