With a strong estimating background honed over 11 years at Kane Group, Caroline has excelled in the role of Estimating Manager since 2021. Leading an experienced team of estimators & document controllers, Caroline oversees the compilation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for all MEP engineering projects across the business, whilst maintaining effective communication and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders during the course of the tenders. Caroline has also been instrumental in implementing new estimating procedure, software and digital technologies, creating a modern and efficient approach to working winning tenders.
