Shane joined Kane in 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience in the construction industry across the UK and Australia. He has worked on large residential, commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical projects for major M&E contractors. As the leader of the Commercial Department at Kane, Shane manages a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.
He fosters an empowering environment with a proactive approach, encouraging his team to take ownership, make decisions, and collaborate effectively with various internal departments and externally with clients. Shane also ensures clear communication with clients and the supply chain to achieve smooth and swift outcomes.
