Tony brings over two decades of invaluable experience to his role as Service & Maintenance Manager at Kane. Since joining the company nearly six years ago, Tony has been instrumental in elevating our post-completion services to new heights of excellence.
With a robust background in building services engineering, Tony's approach to aftercare is characterised by his methodical, calm, and detail-oriented nature. His expertise shines through in his adept management of the crucial defects liability period, where he works closely with main contractors to ensure all aspects of our installations meet the highest standards.
Tony leads a dedicated aftercare team, overseeing the efficient resolution of warranty issues with a keen eye for customer satisfaction. His commitment to quality and service excellence has significantly enhanced Kane's reputation for reliability and professionalism in the post-handover phase of projects.
In addition to aftercare, Tony manages our Facilities Management team, orchestrating planned preventative maintenance contracts across the UK. Under his guidance, the FM division has expanded its reach and capabilities, providing clients with comprehensive, proactive maintenance solutions that maximise the longevity and performance of building services installations.
