We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aftercare Site Administrator. This role involves identifying and reporting potential defects within newly built apartments towards the end of the construction phase. The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of the project into Aftercare and will continue to manage the aftercare process, including logging, allocating, and closing out defects during the warranty period.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of apartments towards the end of the construction phase to identify potential imperfections.
- Report identified snags in a clear and detailed manner.
- Prepare and format technical documents.
- Collaborate with the construction and project management teams to ensure defects are addressed promptly.
- Assist with the transition of the project into the Aftercare phase.
- Organise and prepare periodic client meetings.
- Act as Aftercare administrator throughout the warranty period.
- Maintain accurate records of resolution works carried out
- Produce regular updates of project status.
Qualification
Essential
- CSCS
- GCSE or equivalent in Math’s and English Grade C or above
Desirable
- NVQ levels 2 or 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
- City & Guilds/BTEC in Business Studies, Administration and/or Customer Service
Experience and Knowledge
Essential
- Experience or basic understanding of M&E systems
- 1 year in a customer/client facing construction role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desirable
- Experience in construction, engineering, or professional services environment preferred
- 3 years in a customer/client facing construction role
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications
