We're an innovative, forward-thinking company with continued steady growth serving residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors with offices in Northern Ireland, London, Birmingham, Glasgow and the Republic of Ireland.
We are seeking an Aftercare Supervisor based in Birmingham to join our growing team.
About the Role
This hands-on supervisory role combines aftercare management, administration, customer service and technical site support. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aftercare activities from notification through to resolution, ensuring a high standard of customer service and effective defect management across multiple projects.
Working closely with the Service & Maintenance Manager, Aftercare team members, Project, Commercial, Procurement and Technical teams, the role acts as a key link between internal stakeholders, clients, residents/end users, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and professional delivery of aftercare services.
The role requires flexibility to travel between project sites and company offices as required, together with a willingness to participate in an out-of-hours call-out arrangement when necessary.
As the Aftercare function continues to develop, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for people, processes, client relationships, operational performance and cost management, with a potential progression pathway into an Aftercare Manager role.
