We are seeking a General Operative based in Banbridge to be part of our growing team.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Assist fabrication operatives with the preparation of steel and pipework, including cutting, measuring, and material handling
- Support workshop activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Operate a variety of workshop machinery and equipment (onsite training provided)
- Handle, move, and store materials safely within the workshop environment
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area in line with company standards
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive workshop environment
- Work collaboratively as part of the fabrication team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior operatives to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Undertake any other duties, within reason and capability, as directed by the Production Supervisor

Essential
- Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or construction environment
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Awareness of Health and Safety practices within a workshop environment

- Previous experience working with stainless steel pipework
