We are seeking a Logistics Manager based in Bristol to be part of our growing team in.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Plan and coordinate delivery of materials, plant, and equipment in line with project schedules
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and transport providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitor stock levels on-site and in storage to prevent shortages or delays
- Organise transport routes and delivery schedules to support site operations and minimise disruption
- Collaborate with site managers and project teams to meet programme requirements and resolve logistics issues
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with health & safety regulations and site rules
- Manage delays, shortages, and delivery issues quickly to avoid impact on construction timelines
- Track logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities

- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- SSSTS
- Traffic Marshall
Desirable
- A qualification in Building Services, Construction Management, or a recognised mechanical trade background.
- SMSTS
| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |
Essential
- 5 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience of dealing with multiple sub-contractors as part of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects

- Developed problem solving skills, including the ability to manage conflicting work demands.

- Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Must be very ‘hands on’ with can do attitude
