System Coordinator (ERP)

We are actively seeking a System Coordinator to join our team.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

Site System Coordination

  • Training of new employees on ERP from an Operations perspective
  • Report on site infrastructure from an IT perspective and whether fit for purpose
  • Advise on robustness of site processes from an ERP perspective and whether fit for purpose

New Software / Processes

  • Co-ordinate the review of any new software / ERP processes across the business
  • Report on any new software requirements and whether there is a sufficient business case
  • Site champion for any new software being rolled out

Process Mapping

  • Advise on process mapping for new processes
  • Company lead on mapping, developing an overall process map for the ERP

Reporting

  • Advise system analysts of integration requirements for new software or processes
  • Resolve all ERP issues relating to site
  • Monthly reporting on system department performance
  • Coordinate internal review with departments of the performance and effectiveness of the ERP
  • Manage system team pipeline and roadmap

| QUALIFICATION |

Desirable

  • Degree in IT/ Business Systems/Computer Science/Finance or Business Related

| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |

Essential

  • Strong IT skills
  • Understanding of process design / mapping

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Business Central / ERP
  • Experience in cross-site or multi-department coordination
  • Experience in change management or system implementation
