Kane is currently on site with the MEP package on the 10 Spring Gardens project, with an anticipated completion date in Q3 of 2025.

The 10 Spring Gardens refurbishment aims to breathe new life into a prime office space, aligning with the highest standards of environmental responsibility. Kane Group is committed to playing a pivotal role in achieving this vision, with the M&E services designed to contribute significantly to the project's sustainability goals, ensuring that we meet the requirements of a NABERS 5* rating and BREEAM Excellent, as well as targeting a WELL Gold Certification which ensures a healthy and productive environment for tenants.

The scope of works includes:

  • Shell & Core and Cat A fit-out (80,000sq.ft)
  • Centralised ventilation systems
  • VRF air conditioning system
  • Foul & rainwater drainage
  • ASHPs for domestic hot water generation & LTHW
  • Potable water systems, including booster sets, storage tanks & calorifier
  • Switchgear, ATS's & Distribution boards
  • Life Safety Generator
  • Monitored and addressable L1 Fire alarm system
  • General Lighting & small power systems
  • Security & access control systems
  • Audio visual systems
