Kane were appointed by McAleer & Rushe to deliver the MEP Services Installations at 73 Great Peter Street & Westminster Quarter which incorporates 126 luxury apartments.
The MEP Services Installation works package included:
- Underfloor Heating System
- Comfort Cooling System via Fan Coil Units
- Solar Photovoltaic Panels
- Access Control and CCTV
- Building Management System
- Car Park Fume Extract Systems
- Smoke Ventilation System including Environmental Ventilation
- Central Plantroom including Combined Heat and Power Unit
