Kane were appointed by Willmott Dixon to deliver the Mechanical Services Installations to Aberfeldy Village which consisted of 340 apartments.
The Mechanical Services Installation works package included:
- Central Plantroom including Combined Heat & Power Unit
- Building Management System and Apartment Controls Systems
- Residential Sprinkler System
- Corridor Smoke Ventilation System
- Dry Riser System
- Car Park Ventilation System
- Shell and Core to the Retail Unit
