Kane were appointed by the Glasgiven Contracts to deliver the Mechanical Services Installation to a new operating theatre, which due to the inclusion of the laminar flow operating canopy was the first installation of its type in the UK for Craigavon Area Hospital.
The Mechanical Services Installation works package included:
- Medical gases
- Low Temperature Hot Water and Cold Water
- Supply and extract Plant and ductwork to service the theatre canopy
