Kane were appointed by Bouygues UK / Bennett Construction to deliver the Design & Build MEP Services Installations to Greenwich Millennium Village residential complex which consisted of 619 apartments over 4 phases.
The MEP Services Installation works package included:
- Residential Sprinkler System
- Solar Photovoltaic Panels
- Access Control and Video Entry
- CCTV Installation
- Smoke Ventilation System including Environmental Corridor System
- Building Management System and Apartment Controls Systems
- Intake Plantrooms inclusive of Plate Heat Exchangers
- Underground District Heating
