Kane were appointed by McLaren Construction to deliver the MEP Services Installations to Herbal House Office Redevelopment.
The MEP Services Installation works package included:
- Central Plantroom including Combined Heat and Power Unit and Gas Boilers
- Centralised Vent System inclusive of 5Nr Air Handling Units
- Refrigerant Air Conditioning System
- Lutron Lighting Control System
- Access Control System
- CCTV System
- Fire Detection
- Alarm System
