Kane was appointed by Main Contractor, Bennett Construction to deliver the full MEP Design and Build at Millbrook Park. The residential project consisted of 257 apartments contained within 2 blocks. The residential units included a mixture of Private Sale, Social Rent, and Intermediate tenure.
The works package included:
- Mechanical smoke extract system installation
- Underfloor Heating
- Radiator installation within Social & Intermediate dwellings
- BMS
- Ventilation
- Fire Alarm
- Fire Fighting (Dry Riser)
- Access control
- CCTV
- Lightning protection
- Sprinkler System
- LTHW requirements which is served from a site wide district heating network, with an intake plantroom located within each Block.
