Kane were appointed by Bouygues UK to deliver the MEP Services Installation at the Curtain Hotel Gansevoort.
The MEP works package included:
- Central Plantroom including Combined Heat and Powers Systems and Gas Boilers
- Centralised Ventilation System inclusive of 7Nr Air Handling Units
- Water Mist Sprinkler Systems
- Refrigerant Air Conditioning System throughout
- Full Crestron Lighting Control System
- Emergency Lighting Static Inverter
- Access Control System
- CCTV System
- Fire Detection
- Alarm System
