Kane were appointed by Willmott Dixon to deliver the Mechanical Services Installations to the Music Box, Union Street which encompasses 55 luxury apartment and a 4-storey music school.
The Mechanical Services Installation works package included:
- Underfloor Heating System
- Comfort Cooling system via Fan Coil Units
- Residential Sprinkler System
- Building Management Systems
- Smoke Vent System including Environmental Ventilation
- Centralised Ventilation System serving the Music School
- Basement Plantroom including Combined Heat and Power Systems and Gas Boilers
