Kane were appointed by Bouygues UK to deliver the Mechanical Services Installations to the Thurston Road residential complex consisting of 406 apartments.
The Mechanical Services Installation works package included:
- Wet and Dry Risers & Sprinkler Installation
- Smoke Ventilation
- Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery
- Building Management System
- Intake Plate Heat Exchanger Plantroom including Buffer Vessels
