Kane were appointed by McLaren Construction to deliver the Mechanical Services Installation at Tiger Way 2-Storey Primary School and the MEP Services Installation to the adjoining 13-storey residential complex encompassing 97 high specification apartments.
The design and build works package for the 2-Storey primary School included:

- Air Conditioning
- Heat Recovery Ventilation
- Sprinkler System
- General Purpose and Emergency Lighting
- Lighting Controls
- Fire Detection and Security Installation
- Data cabling and Equipment Installation
- Door Entry / access system installation
- Closed Circuit Television
- Central Plantroom including Combined Heat and Powers Systems and Gas Boilers
The MEP works package for the 13-Storey residential complex included:
- Intake Plantrooms inclusive of Plate Heat Exchangers
- Building Management System and Apartment Controls Systems
- Residential Sprinkler System
- Solar Photovoltaic Panels
- Access Control and Video Entry
- CCTV Installation
- Lighting and Lighting Control
- Home Automation
- Smoke Ventilation System including Environmental Corridor System
