Delivered in partnership with Willmott Dixon, the project forms part of ongoing investment within the education sector and demonstrates Kane’s capability in delivering complex mechanical and electrical building services from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Scope of Works
Kane’s comprehensive MEP package included:
- Mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling modifications
- Electrical distribution, small power and LED lighting
- Fire alarm and life-safety systems
- Smoke ventilation and fire-fighting core upgrades
- Sprinkler and car park ventilation systems
- Domestic water and drainage modifications
- BMS controls and system integration
