We are thrilled to announce that Wood Wharf, J1-J3, our flagship residential project, has been awarded a perfect score of 45/45 in its recent Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) audit. This prestigious recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to building a sustainable and considerate construction site that prioritises the community, environment, and workforce.

The CCS is a voluntary initiative that assesses construction projects against a strict Code of Considerate Practice. A score of 45/45 signifies the highest level of achievement, demonstrating exceptional performance across all three key areas:

• Respecting the Community: The audit commended our efforts to minimise disruption to local residents, including clear communication channels, noise management strategies, and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Caring for the Environment: We were recognised for our dedication to sustainable practices, such as responsible waste management, energy-saving measures, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.
  
• Valuing the Workforce: The report highlighted our focus on creating a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, with initiatives promoting well-being and professional development.
