Contract secured in Hammersmith & Fulham

Kane has been appointed by our newest client, Rockwell Property Group, to deliver the MEP services on Hurlingham Waterfront, a mixed tenure residential development at Wandsworth Bridge, in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

At an MEP contract value at £19m, Hurlingham Waterfront will provide 269 new homes across 2 tower blocks, 45% of which will be made up of affordable properties. It will also provide the residents with common living spaces including a residents lounge, swimming pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, and 24,000 sq. ft of landscaped podium gardens to enjoy.

With an anticipated start-on-site date within Q4 of 2024 and resources to deliver to the 90 week programme, the project was extremely appealing to the business and we are delighted to be awarded the contract, proving to another client that Kane is the best MEP partner for their development.

The project is currently in the design and co-ordination phase with an anticipated completion date in Q2 2026, and we look forward to providing updates on the build as the project progresses.
