Kane Appoints New FM Lead

Adam Varga has been a valued member of the Kane team for over a decade, bringing dedication, technical expertise, and a client-first approach to every role he has undertaken. For the past three years, Adam has successfully managed a team of aftercare engineers, ensuring seamless project handovers and continued client support post-completion. His deep understanding of building systems and long-standing relationships with clients make him ideally placed to take on this new challenge.
In his new role as FM Manager, Adam will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across our growing portfolio of completed projects. He will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure buildings remain compliant, efficient, and operationally excellent long after handover.
Adam’s appointment reflects Kane Group’s commitment to providing a complete lifecycle service, from design and delivery through to aftercare and long-term maintenance. His leadership will play a key role in driving quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction across our FM offering.
I’m excited to step into the role of Facilities Maintenance Manager and continue my journey with Kane. This new position presents a valuable opportunity to apply my skills and experience in managing FM contracts. I’m especially focused on the vital role that effective maintenance plays in ensuring the longevity and safety of our clients assets.
