Kane Group is proud to announce the award of a significant M&E contract for the prestigious 41 Tower Hill office refurbishment project in London. This exciting win marks a fantastic start to 2024 and builds upon the momentum of our recent 10 Spring Gardens project secured with McLaren Construction.
41 Tower Hill, formerly the headquarters of Societe Generale, is a landmark building undergoing a comprehensive transformation into state-of-the-art office space. Kane will play a pivotal role in delivering the project's M&E infrastructure, ensuring optimal comfort, efficiency, and sustainability for future occupants.
This contract award signifies a significant milestone for Kane, marking our first collaboration with CR Construction (U.K.) Company Limited. We are thrilled to partner with them and we are confident that our combined expertise will bring exceptional value to the 41 Tower Hill project.
The project is currently transitioning from the pre-construction phase through to operations, with an anticipated completion date in January 2025.
