Kane Wins Prestigious 10 Spring Gardens Contract

We're thrilled to announce that Kane Group has been awarded the mechanical and electrical services contract for the exciting refurbishment of 10 Spring Gardens. This prominent office space owned by The Crown Estate, is set for a stunning transformation, and we're proud to be partnering with our valued client McLaren Construction on this prestigious project.

This contract marks a significant step forward for Kane Group, solidifying our position as a leader in delivering innovative M&E solutions within the commercial sector, in line with our targeted growth strategy. Our expertise in design and utilisation of digital construction tools will be invaluable in the meticulous renovation of 10 Spring Gardens, delivering around 80,000 sq ft of sustainable workspace, distributed over ground floor, basement and eight upper storeys.

The 10 Spring Gardens refurbishment aims to breathe new life into a prime office space, aligning with the highest standards of environmental responsibility. Kane Group is committed to playing a pivotal role in achieving this vision, with the M&E services designed to contribute significantly to the project's sustainability goals, ensuring that we meet the requirements of a NABERS 5* rating and BREEAM Excellent, as well as targeting a WELL Gold Certification which ensures a healthy and productive environment for tenants.
