Kane have secured the M&E Facilities Management (FM) contract at Claridge’s Hotel in London. The 12-month contract awarded by the Maybourne Hotel Group commenced in August 2021.
Kane who designed, prefabricated, and installed the full M&E services to the basement extension earlier this year are delighted to utilise the skills, knowledge, and experience to continue the maintenance contract at Claridge’s Hotel. In line with Kane’s strategic plan, they will deliver a “one stop shop” for the Client by continuing a Facilities Management service beyond project delivery.
Kane will have a dedicated team, to deliver the planned and response maintenance contract, who have comprehensive knowledge of the whole M&E system.
Following the successful completion of the M&E installation, we look forward to continuing to build lasting relationships with our client to deliver a superior M&E service beyond project delivery.
