Awarded by EcoWorld, Kane will deliver the Design & Build MEP Installation of Phase one and Phase two at Kew Bridge development in Brentford, situated close to the new Brentford FC Community Stadium. With a combined value of £24 million, both phases will each take 17 months to complete and are currently in progress.
Both phases will consist of the new build construction of 509 apartments for private rent tenure. The apartments will be contained within 5 blocks ranging in height between 12 and 15 stories complete with ground floor concealed car parks.
The Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) requirements will be served from site-specific Energy Centres containing Combined Heating and Power (CHP) unit and Gas Fired Boilers which will be manufactured off-site at Kane’s prefabrication facility.
