Kane Strengthens Leadership Team with New Director Appointments

Kane Group has announced the appointment of eight new directors in the business, recognising the significant contribution, leadership and commitment demonstrated in helping drive the continued growth and success of the business.

Having played an active role in shaping the business and delivering strong performance across their respective functions, the newly appointed directors have consistently demonstrated the expertise, dedication and strategic leadership required to support Kane's long-term ambitions.

The appointments come at a significant milestone in Kane's journey, following the successful delivery of their current growth strategy which has seen the turnover grow to the targeted £100m, while maintain excellence in health, safety and quality.

Cathal McMullan, Managing Director said: “We have strengthened our in-house expertise in both design and offsite which has played an instrumental part in our growth to date and places us in a unique position to offer a total service to our clients”.

As the business now turns its attention to delivering its ambitious new 2030 strategy, focused on investing in people, technology and facilities, strengthening director level leadership will provide the depth, resilience and strategic oversight needed to support sustainable growth.

These appointments reinforce Kane's commitment to recognising and developing talent from within, creating opportunities for progression while building a strong and sustainable leadership team for the future. Looking ahead, the company plans to grow its workforce by 36% across 2026 and 2027, supporting the next phase of expansion.

This growth is underpinned by continued investment in infrastructure, including a new 20,445 sq. ft. offsite manufacturing facility extension, officially launched last week, designed to support future-ready engineering solutions.
