Kane Strengthens Leadership Team with New Head of People & Culture

Kane is delighted to announce the appointment of Suzanne Devlin as Head of People & Culture, joining the business's Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Suzanne brings over two decades of experience, spanning various industries, in strategic Human Resources Leadership to Kane, having most recently held the position of Human Resources Director at Heat Merchants Group. Throughout her career, she has delivered organisational success through developing and implementing effective people strategies.

In her new role, Suzanne will spearhead Kane's People & Culture initiatives, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organisational culture. She will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies that align with Kane's growth objectives while fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace environment.
