Kane have secured the M&E Facilities Management (FM) contract at Claridge’s Hotel in London. The 12-month contract awarded by the Maybourne Hotel Group commenced in August 2021.

Awarded by 3 Interiors, Kane delivered the €2.5 million M&E Fit Out Package at the luxurious Vista Palace Hotel located in Roguebrune-Cap-Martin on the idyllic French Riviera.

Kane has secured two M&E contracts at the Canalside project, Red and Yellow Phases, from Gilbert Ash working on behalf of ThamesWey Development.
